Current Releases:

2007 Viognier, Estate Bottled
Crisp apricot, citrus and orange peel with a
creamy, elegant finish. It's stainless steel
fermentation creates a freshness and liveliness
while the partial fermentation and aging occurs
in selected, small French oak barrels.

Rated Best Viognier in the Foothills by San Francisco Chronicle.

2008 Rosé, Estate Bottled
Fresh exotic fruit of mango and papaya
followed by a juicy finish. Our Estate Syrah
grapes were picked a little earlier to combine
fruity flavors with elegance in our first French-
Style Rosé. A perfect seafood and summer wine.

2007 Muscat Canelli, Estate Bottled
Ripe pink grapefruit and honeysuckle blossoms
highlight the aromas of this Muscat. Candied
citrus fruit with ripe spiced pears and honey. This
wine has bright acid and is clean and lively with
a smooth finish.

2006 Syrah, Estate Bottled
Blackberries, cinnamon, black-olive flavors followed
by earthy tobacco, soft vanilla, and toast on the
palate. It makes you sip, sip, and sip again!

2005 Three Hills Red, Estate Bottled
Dried Herbs, cedar and espresso bean mark
the flavors of this lighter style Bordeaux
blend. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc
and Merlot at their best. Ages well for the next 7 years.

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate Bottled
Cherries, plums, strawberries and herbs with chocolate
in the soft oak finish. Our first Cabernet in a long time.
This new vineyards yields some of the finest Cabernet
grapes in the Foothills. We use some of our best oak
barrels to age our Cabernet for at least 14 months
to achieve its complexity of flavors.

Smooth and rich, with currants and liquorice
complementing the dark cherries and forest
fruits. Perfectly integrated acidity keeps the
fruit alive and the wine very approachable.
