2007 Muscat Canelli, Estate Bottled
Ripe pink grapefruit and honeysuckle blossoms
highlight the aromas of this Muscat. Candied
citrus fruit with ripe spiced pears and honey. This
wine has bright acid and is clean and lively with
a smooth finish.

Blackberries, cinnamon, black-olive flavors followed
by earthy tobacco, soft vanilla, and toast on the

2006 Syrah'Del
This blend of 52% Syrah and 48% Zinfandel is a wine that shows
off our blending capabilities here at Perry Creek. Red currant,
cedar and cloves intertwine with liquorice, vanilla and toasty
oak. A wine that has plenty of structure to age should you wish
to hold on to it for a while.

2006 Three Hills Red, Estate Bottled
Dried Herbs, cedar and espresso bean mark
the flavors of this lighter style Bordeaux
blend. Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc
and Merlot at their best. Ages well for the next 7 years.

2007 Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate Bottled
Cherries, plums, strawberries and herbs with chocolate
in the soft oak finish. Our first Cabernet in a long time.
This new vineyards yields some of the finest Cabernet
grapes in the Foothills. We use some of our best oak
barrels to age our Cabernet for at least 14 months
to achieve its complexity of flavors.
