Returns & Cancellations
All website sales are final except in the event that damaged merchandise is received or wine is corked. We require that you ship the damaged merchandise or "corked" wine back to Perry Creek at Perry Creek’s expense at which point the product will be replaced. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is "corked" or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at (530) 620-5175 for return instructions.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.
You are required to accept a minimum of one year of wine club shipments or pick-ups prior to cancellation of your membership. There is an early cancellation fee of $50 if you choose to terminate your membership early. For our records, cancellation of your club membership must be submitted in written form via email, fax, or mail. Phone cancellation will not be accepted.
