With over two decades of experience in winemaking and consulting on 15 different brands, Joe Shebl is a true master of his craft. At Rancho Victoria Vineyard, Shebl takes the helm of the winery's own production, using his vast expertise and innovative approach to produce exceptional wines that are both complex and approachable. Assisting Shebl is Luis Panigua, who brings a deep understanding of the winemaking process to his role as assistant winemaker. Jaime Rodriquez, the cellar master, ensures that every step of the winemaking process is carefully managed, from the crushing of the grapes to the aging of the wine.
