MEET OUR WINEMAKING TEAM
At the heart of Perry Creek Winery's winemaking team is Joe Shebl, a seasoned winemaker who has been creating exceptional wines for over two decades. Shebl comes to us from the famed Renwood winery, where he honed his craft and developed a reputation for innovation and excellence. Today, Shebl leads Perry Creek Winery's winemaking team with the same passion and expertise, crafting wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Sierra Foothills.
Assisting Shebl is Luis Panigua, who brings a deep understanding of the winemaking process to his role as assistant winemaker. Together, they work to create wines that are complex, elegant, and full of character. Jaime Rodriquez, the cellar master, ensures that every step of the winemaking process is carefully managed, from the crushing of the grapes to the aging of the wine. And Danielle Sweigart, the lab technician, ensures that every bottle of Perry Creek Winery's wine meets the highest standards of quality and consistency.
